Sushi Making Workshop with Sushi Hub
Date: Monday 15 April

Location: Ed.Jnr space, opposite Boost Juice (South Mall)
Kids will enjoy learning the fundamentals of sushi making with the experienced sushi chefs from Sushi Hub. Kids will create their own rolls using the tools and fresh ingredients, including seaweed, sushi rice, cucumber, chicken and more! Parents are welcome to assist the kids and share the fun experience. Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as you will enjoy the sushi you've made!

Blend Your Own Smoothie with Boost Juice
Date: Thursday 18 and Friday 19 April
Time: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Ed.Jnr space, opposite Boost Juice (South Mall)
Join us and blend your own smoothies on a blending bike! In collaboration with Boost Juice and our wonderful Boost Juice team in centre, come along and learn to create your own delicious fruit blitz whilst staying active! Parental supervision is required. The fun flavours available to choose from will be: Banana Buzz and Lychee Crush!

Carnival of Games with Fun Factor

e2 Young Engineers Robo Bricks and Bricks Challenge
Date: Wednesday 24 April
Time: 11:00am - 3:15pm

Introducing primary school children (Yr 1- 6) to the basic principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Math). Children learn to 'think like engineers' by building complex motorised machines using LEGO motors and batteries.
