Ed.Square Database Re-Sign Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter The promoter is Ed.Square Shopping Centre (“Ed.Square”), located at 52 Soldiers Parade, Edmondson Park NSW 2174.
  2. Promotion Period The promotion commences on 09:00am AEDT 21 September and closes at 11:59pm AEDT 20 October 2026.
  3. Eligibility Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who:
    • Complete or update their subscription to the Ed.Square database during the Promotion Period; and
    • Consent to receiving future marketing and promotional communications from Ed.Square. Employees of Ed.Square Shopping Centre, centre management, retailers, marketing agencies, and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.
  4. How to Enter To enter, participants must successfully subscribe or re-subscribe to the Ed.Square database during the Promotion Period and provide valid contact details. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities may be deemed invalid.
  5. Prize Details Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) True Rewards EFTPOS Gift Card valued at AUD $500. Total prize pool value: AUD $1,500. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  6. Prize Draw The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 21 October 2026 at Ed.Square Shopping Centre management office. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  7. Winner Notification Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
  8. Prize Collection Winners must claim their prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 28 October 2026 by contacting Centre Management via email as instructed in the winner notification. To collect the prize, winners must:
    • Present valid photo identification matching the details provided at entry; and
    • Sign a prize collection register acknowledging receipt of the prize.
  9. Unclaimed Prize Draw If any prize remains unclaimed by the claim deadline, a redraw will occur at 12:00pm AEDT on 29 October 2026. Redraw winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 5 November 2026 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  10. Privacy By entering this promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information by Ed.Square for the purpose of:
      • Administering this promotion;
      • Contacting winners;
      • Managing and maintaining the Ed.Square customer database; and
      • Sending future marketing, promotional offers, event updates, and newsletters.
    Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Ed.Square’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be transferred to the incoming owners and operators of Ed.Square Shopping Centre as part of the transition of ownership and for the continued management of the Ed.Square customer database and related marketing communications.
  11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ed.Square accepts no responsibility for:
    • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries;
    • Technical malfunctions, communication failures, or website outages;
    • Any tax implications arising from acceptance of a prize; or
    • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  12. Verification Ed.Square reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who:
    • Provides false or misleading information;
    • Tampers with the entry process; or
    • Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Changes or Cancellation Ed.Square reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, to:
    • Substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value;
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time; and
    • Amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
  14. General By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Ed.Square, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
