Extra-wide parking spaces are available for visitors with young children in prams, conveniently located near all main centre entrances on levels B1 and B2.
Parents' Room
Our parents room is located in the South Mall next to the indoor playground and The Shed Café. Certified by the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) as a Baby Care Room, it features changing tables, private feeding cubicles, a child-sized toilet, comfortable seating, a microwave and sink, and small play area. Open during regular centre hours, this space ensures ease and privacy for all.

The Centre Management office is located on level 1, opposite Anytime Fitness. Our office is open on Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, where we are happy to assist you with your visit to the centre.

Where can I find Service NSW?
Service NSW is located on level 1, they can be accessed via the commercial lobby off of Sergeant Street, in between Subset 27 and Chemistworks. For more details, visit the Service NSW page.
Is there a car wash service nearby?
Snap Car Wash is conveniently located on B1 within our car park. For the most direct access, we recommend using the entrance located on Soldiers Parade. Follow the clearly marked signage to find the friendly team. For more details, visit the Snap Car Wash page.
Do you have a community book exchange?
Yes we do! Our community book exchange club included comfortable seating ambient lighting, and thoughtful curated displays, making it the perfect spot to swap, read, and chat. Find us located at the ground level, Service NSW Lobby. For more details, click here. .
Do you have a Return and Earn service?
Absolutely. Our Return and Earn service is located in the B2 carpark and is open 7 days a week, 8:00am to 7:00pm. For more details, click here.
Is there a kids play area in the centre?
Yes! The junior area (ages 0-4) features a ‘Junior Cube’ with a crawl tube, vertical forest, and activity wall, while the area for older children (ages 3-7) includes hanging pods, slides, a mini trampoline, and a rock climbing wall.
