Walking Group
Wednesdays at 8am
Walking is an easy, fun way to boost your heart health and improve your overall well-being. Just 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of heart disease by up to 35%, enhance circulation, and lift your mood. In partnership with Heart Foundation Walking and KX Pilates, we’re hosting a free walking group every Wednesday at 8:00am. It’s a great way to stay active, connect with your community, and start your day off right. Plus, enjoy a complimentary coffee at Meet & Eat after every walk! Everyone is welcome, no matter your age or fitness level. See you there!
