Ed.Square Town Centre was assessed by Aspect’s Autism Friendly team on a typical, busy day. Their team members on the autism spectrum conducted a walkthrough of common areas, giving live feedback about their experience and advising on potential positives, challenges and solutions. Individual retailers and car parks were not assessed. We look forward to welcoming you to Ed.Square Town Centre and ensuring your visit is enjoyable and accommodating for all.

Accessible parking is conveniently located near all entrances on B1 and B2, designed to facilitate easy access to and from the centre. These wider spaces provide added ease for entering and exiting vehicles.

Visitors with a mobility permits are eligible for discounted parking. Please visit our Centre Management office during our operating hours and provide your full name, vehicle registration number, and disability card number. Once registered, your permit will be activated within 48 hours for automated free parking. If you plan to stay longer than three hours during the activation period, we can provide a temporary free parking ticket.

Extra-wide parking spaces are available for visitors with young children in prams, conveniently located near all main centre entrances on levels B1 and B2.

Our toilets are located in:

  • North Mall - Female, Male and Disabled
  • South Mall - Female and Male

Our parents room is located in the South Mall next to the indoor playground and The Shed Café. Certified by the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) as a Baby Care Room, it features changing tables, private feeding cubicles, a child-sized toilet, comfortable seating, a microwave and sink, and small play area. Open during regular centre hours, this space ensures ease and privacy for all.

Our ATM is located in the South Mall near The Shed Café.

  • North Mall: Level 1 (near Anytime Fitness)
